"I did not feel safe staying here"

"Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Looks like hotel has been recently updated. We checked in at 1:30 am after a long delayed flight. Check in staff failed to tell us that you needed to lift up on door handle to open it rather than down like most doors. We were on the 4th floor at the very end and had to go all the way back down to the desk. Her only comment was you need to lift up on the handle so you are good to go. In am on check out, staff seems put off that we asked for a receipt since we booked with Expedia. Told us they had to pay Expedia a fee and that we should’ve booked thru the hotel instead. "

"Everything was stained and gross, from the towels to the bedding. The breakfast offering was sad, the amenities were lacking, the experience was lackluster. We will not be staying here ever again."

"Parking was easy but someone parked right in front of the ramp and my husband had difficulties getting to the door let the lady at desk know but unfortunately the car stayed there"
