I didn’t like the first room offered It was ground floor, near the entrance, as a solo traveller I always prefer to be on a higher floor 2 generous sized pools, I used the family pool for my early morning swim … Lots of sun bathing options, my preferred one was on the upper terrace, above the family pool and overlooking the sea. Happy hour options were great , effectively from 4pm to 7 pm Great choice of food , reasonably priced, there was always an offer of some description I only ate once at the hotel , room service pizza, convenience after a travel day. Ate at The Duke, opposite the hotel … highly recommended "

"Great location with wonderful amenities—perfect for families. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the paper-thin walls; you can clearly hear doors opening and closing from nearby rooms, which can be a bit disruptive."

"Hello, We just got back from a 10-day Bali vacation, and staying here was truly an unforgettable experience. From the smooth check-in process to the welcome drink and the friendly breakfast staff, everything was exceptional. There’s honestly so much to say about this place. We chose a two-queen-bed room for our girls’ trip, and it was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and came with a fully stocked mini fridge, along with a fresh welcome coconut. The air conditioning worked great, and we loved having the option to open the balcony doors to enjoy the breeze. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We also treated ourselves to a spa day. My friend had a rose bath, which she loved it was beautifully decorated with rose petals in a warm bath. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was incredible. The hotel is about 20 minutes from town, making it feel very safe, peaceful, and tucked away from traffic and noise. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Since we spent a lot of time exploring, next time we plan to stay in and enjoy more of the resort—especially the three pools and activities. If you’re planning a solo, couples, or family trip, I highly recommend this place. "

"Rooms are dated and have plumbing issues, water won't drain from the basin and shower head was broken, spilling water everywhere. The issue wasn't resolved during our stay of 4 nights."
