"This house is FABULOUS! Well maintained and decorated and offers amazing views! The location was perfect for a girl's weekend of wine tasting and relaxing. The host provided all the necessary info and was easy to reach if we had follow up questions. we hope to come back again soon!!!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Nice view of the lake. Penny checked us in and had some great recommendations for local restaurants. A microwave would have been a plus for leftovers and hot drinks but not a big deal. "

"The house was lovely and very nice. The bedroom across from the hallway bathroom could use a better mattress ! The couch bed mattress was softer than it was. Overall the house was clean, but the lighting fixtures and fans were very noticeably dusty. "

"Better than photos/description. Kind and gracious hosts. Beautiful house in an ideal setting on lake, with a large private park-like property with mowed trails in back of the house, ideal for long hikes. (Pat gave us a nice tour of the property which made it familiar/comfortable to use.) Very, very clean; kitchen well stocked with pans/etc. (with cookies provided as a welcome gift!); comfortable beds; and pleasant laid-back atmosphere. Reasonable distance from nearby cities and a great base for wine trail. If you do much cooking, you may want to stop at a grocery store in a nearby city as the local grocery store was closed (as of 10/25...obviously subject to change). (Note: Wegmans in Ithaca was very nice.)We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were four adults but I thought multiple times that our kids/grandkids would really enjoy the property too. One of our favorites in many years of renting nice properties!"

"This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would definitely stay again. "

"My husband and another couple with our dogs had a lovely stay at this super cute cottage right on the lake. The property was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. Loved the views of the lake. Ample space and was super quiet. Wish we could have stayed for another couple of days. "
