Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription areaā¦.. price reflects what you get.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Overall great experience except the long walk to and from the room to the reception area which is the only exit to the building for guest.

"Lovely greeting by staff, clean, well proportioned rooms, nicely decorated room, bathroom good. Parts of the building could do with a freshen up but right on the seafront, near town, shops, restaurants. Didnāt try the food but attentive bar staff made my drink how i wanted it."

"Perfect location in Lyme, especially with parking. Comfy bed. Disappointed pool not open, and surprised not to get a discount via Expedia. Common parts very old but apparently will be updated in next few years. Will be excellent when completed"
