"Clean room, very helpful staff at reception, delicious food and fab cocktails. I didn't get a chance to check out the spa facilities as we were out for most of the day. It's within walking distance of most places that we wanted to visit."

"Great location. The hotel was ok. The room was clean, but so small. There were very loud noises from the cleaning lady around 7:30AM that woke me up. She was cleaning 2 rooms next to mine in very early hours and she did it too loudly."

"Very well located property, nice service, many smiles at reception and restaurant. My only recommendation would be to check why the room doesn’t smell so well. Sometimes we felt a sewage odor, we need to always close the bathroom door. We felt it every-time we arrived to our room in the nights"

"Great location and lovely staff! Allowed us free luggage storage when we travelled to Stockholm for a night. Walking distance to Central station, many restaurants & cafes, and sites. Caution: cyclists are fast and take right-of-way; and I was nearly pickpocketed between Locke Copenhagen and Central station. Lovely trip and location despite these negatives."

"Staff were not very friendly. Hate the rubbish bins in front of the lifts-awful that we have to lean over them to press the lift button. Looks ugly and detracts from the decor of the lobby. Room is quite spacious."
