"I stayed at the wynwood for my 19th birthday with a friend. It gave a decent apartment. We stayed from Saturday -Wednesday. Once your checked in the house keeping don’t come in the room to clean. Even if you leave out for the day. You have to take your own trash to the trash shoot. You have to wash your own sheet with the powder detergent they have or you can just sleep in those sheets up until you leave. They don’t have restaurants you can actually get up and go to its room service. We never used it. It’s plenty of places to eat in the area you can walk to. They do have a self checkout snack and bev part in the lobby. The shower water and pressure is hit or miss. It’s basically a furnished apartment as stated. People live there , it isn’t just a stay for out of towners. They have differnt wynwood hotel locations so choose the best for you. "

"The property is under construction: the lobby, the entrance, the pool, the elevators, etc. The rooms are ran down as well. We had to goto the garage to get on an elevator to bring us to the lobby. I don’t believe this hotel should be open during this time. "
