"The VRBO is a large penthouse loft. The decor was modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The VRBO has a rooftop hot tub and outdoor game and relaxing space. We enjoyed the large walk in shower. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Fairfield is an eclectic experience and this Penthouse is perfect. You'll enjoy your stay."

"This is a wonderful place. It is a cozy but towering space. The loft has what feels like a secret cave into an even cozier space. There is a huge back deck overlooking a wonderful yard. Although this is a private apartment space in a large house holding multiple spaces, it felt like we were all alone. We loved it. Communication was friendly and simple. The hosts were very accomodating. We can't wait to come back :)"

"Clean, convenient, spacious"

"Probably the nicest facility I have ever rented. Spotless in every way. Unique decor was fabulous. Seamless check in and departure. Will definitely look to book again."

"Our second stay at the property. Our host thought of any items we would need for our stay, including snacks and coffee. This is now our place to stay when visiting family in Iowa. Thank you!"
