"Room was wondetful with a great pool view and we were high enough to also be able to see the ocean on the 7th floor as well. Staff was very friendly at the biffet and took great care of us when we checked in. Adrian at the pool and Rolando at the buffet restaurant were both standouts to us. It is clear they enjoy working with people and take great pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend for families and ideal for adults only as well. "

"This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!"

"Location, staff, and room was amazing! We had the high floor oven view w/ king bed and it was so comfy. Staff clean everyday and everyone was so helpful and nice! I felt extremely safe and security was a the gate before driving up. Overall a wonderful experience with easy beach access and in pool bar. "
