The house is situated approximately 1.3 km from both the sea and the nearest beach, making it an easy journey for those wishing to enjoy the coastline. Everyday conveniences are well within reach, with a shop, supermarket, restaurant, and bakery all located approximately 1.5 km from the property. For leisure and recreation, a sports harbour and minigolf facility are both around 2 km away, while golf enthusiasts will find a golf course approximately 26 km from the house. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The kitchen provides direct access to the terrace, from which guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the resort. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal space for relaxing or dining al fresco.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
