"So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this little retreat just outside the city of Quito. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and informative about the surrounding areas. He gave us great tips on when and where to visit in and around the city with insider info given his life lived in the area. The donkey is actually a treat to have around as her and our dog became fast friends. If you want a quiet retreat to just relax and rest your head after long days visiting the city or several...

"The host was superb. Responded promptly to ever concern and request for information even unrelated to the lodging. She was like a personal concierage. Her on site manager was super helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this place more. The unit was clean and spacious and well located in the historic district."

"Staying at Casa Mágica exceeded all our expectations. The house itself is absolute perfection, even more beautiful, spacious, and inviting in person than in the pictures. It provided the ideal setting for us to gather, reconnect, and create wonderful memories with our Ecuadorian family. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host team, they were beyond amazing. Their service, kindness, and genuine warmth made us feel completely cared for from start to finish. They were so...

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
