"The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening."

"Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!"

"Plenty of equipment i.e cot +other items and fixings for stair gate"

"Cozy well fitted house with all needs "

"Central location for maqny destinations"

"Lovely house, clean and tidy throughout. Everything we needed was there. Beds were a bit hard ( personal preference) first night it took a long time for heating to warm house but the gas fire made it lovely and cosy. No sky tv."

"Great room. Wonderful town. Liked the breakfast. Thanks!"

"We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in"

"We had a wonderful 1 nights stay on the way to Anglesey. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lodge rooms were warm and comfortable. The bar area had lovely decor (would have been nice to have been a bit warmer as it was a cold, wet, murky evening) and staff friendly and helpful. All drinks and food were very nice, all clean plates! Had a very quiet and comfortable nights sleep. An early swim and jacuzzi using the facilities followed by a very nice buffet and hot breakfast. Overall, very good...

"The room was very large and clean as was the bathroom. But it felt cosy. The staff at the pub were incredibly nice and helpful. It was a very nice, comforting stay with good food."

"A home away from home. Second year we’ve been here and it is perfect! The views are to die for, Carrie and Mike are phenomenal hosts and the rooms are huge, clean and have everything you need."

"Great room, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. 100% would stay again"

"The people here were very kind and helpful, I would recommend to anyone staying in Porthmadog!"
