Opening all windows, and switching off all radiators helped eventually, but towel rail could not be switched off in room, nor apparently by staff. "

"From reception staff to breakfast staff there were excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing all the sights. Breakfast was excellent. Apart from that the room were basic. Nothing special. Hotel has been given 4 stars. I think it should be 3 stars. Also when booking this hotel. They should give details where the carpark is. "
