"Appalling behaviour by the host. By the check-in time of 4pm, we had still not received any instructions to get in. We called and called and finally the host told us someone was on their way with the keys. We were finally let into the property and 10 minutes later the host calls us to say there's been a double booking and proceeds to remove us from the property! We then had to find alternative accommodation at 7pm and pay high hotel fees. We asked for a refund the same day and 3 weeks later we are still waiting for the money. The host is now saying he will not pay us the full refund. He's a crook and this property should be removed. I'm not even sure there was a double booking... We also never received any compensation from Vrbo, which they said they would give the day of the incident. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed that the host is allowed to get away with this behaviour and nor Vrbo nor Expedia are doing much about it. Unacceptable."

"Good staff. Warm welcome. Old by-passed hotel typical of Spain. Just managing. Low room rate manages your expectations. Food was good. Warm atmosphere of locals. Only negative was the locked fire exit to the main bar. A push bar MUST be fitted. "

"Unique mountain landscape surrounding a hillside village, with the resort set almost at the top. Fabulous facilities, very comfortable room and great staff. Loved the infinity pool looking out onto the mountains. Would love to come back. "
