"Very nice hotel in the 1970’s style. The hotel is 55 years old, well maintained and it seems with most of the original decor. Very nice location over the lake Titicaca Ana about 15min táxi ride from Puno city centre. The hotel travel agency is fantastic in organizibg transfers and tours in Lake Titicaca. Grecy and Mr. Omer (the driver/guide) are extremely efficient and pilote. Always glad to assist. We recommend this hotel in Puno"

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end"
