The rooms could be bigger and some areas do feel tight such as the elevators and hallways. Perhaps I’m used to different but that’s my observation. "The hotel is located in a small almost deserted village 15 mins away from Dubrovnik. There is nothing there except the hotel and one small mini-mart. You can take a bus to town. The room was spacious and nice. The walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room. The breakfast was very basic. One staff member was rude but the other was very nice. We stayed out exploring as long as we could. I would say this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, isolated, but within 15 min bus ride to Dubrovnik."

"Ramona (one of the owners and key staff person) was wonderful. Very helpful and cheerful. Overall, the small guest house was lovely. However, the rooms (at least mine) were quite small. Fine for a night or two, but I'd get a larger space if I was going to be in town longer, particularly since there is no lobby or place to be outside the rooms. "We booked late on same day we needed accomodations and we arrived to a clean room. Communication very good. The room is compact, but everything you need for a stay. It is up the hill from downtown but most everything is, it's the nature of the area. We are seniors and managed it fine."

"The owners are great people and very helpful and pleasant. They genuinely want to help and provide the best service. They offered to drive us to the airport if the uber didn’t show at 5am, that’s above and beyond! It is a little bit of an uphill hike from the city below but it’s worth the peace and quiet. "It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."
