"The location was perfect if you’re taking a flight out of Sarajevo. The park across the street is well maintained and the restaurant at izvor bosne is fantastic. There are other restaurants in the area and if you need something quick that is also available in the area. "

"Upscale look and feel, which is good. Staff was nice, also a positive.
Breakfast was a big disappointment, limited options and the same items every day. Very mediocre breakfast compared to Marriot and Movenpick in Sarajevo
Swimming pool is nice but not heated, and not deep enough, only 1 meter at best.
Location is way to far off from city center, with traffic, it can take 30-45 mins to get to city center
AC is available but not controlled from within the rooms, you have to call reception to turn it ON?!??
Would not stay here again"
"I had a group of 6 stay here for 1 night. it is a nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was decent and airport shuttle reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful. One of the rooms however had an ant infestation in the bathroom."
"Me and my husband went to stay the night and had the most loveliest time at the hotel. The room was clean and we had stunning view. They kindly upgraded us to deluxe room. The staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel and we wish we stayed for longer."
"The room is a bit dirty and so is the kitchen. The owner (egyptian) does not even bother to show you the properties. He seems to be more interested with the 5 euro key deposit. Make sure you get your key deposit the night before you leave, otherwise good luck to that 5euro deposit. To make my experience worst, I was with a bunch of Chinese travelers who are so loud, uncivilized and are so dirty in the kitchen. They do not wash their dirty dishes and the owners could care less. These Chinese would use the bathroom and poop and not flush the toilets, so gross! Both male and female. "
"The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room had old, poor-quality furniture. The layout was terrible; there were no drawers for storing clothes at all. The television was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it and would never return."
