"Upscale look and feel, which is good. Staff was nice, also a positive. Breakfast was a big disappointment, limited options and the same items every day. Very mediocre breakfast compared to Marriot and Movenpick in Sarajevo Swimming pool is nice but not heated, and not deep enough, only 1 meter at best. Location is way to far off from city center, with traffic, it can take 30-45 mins to get to city center AC is available but not controlled from within the rooms, you have to call reception to turn it ON?!?? Would not stay here again"
