"Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. "We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....

"Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable.
