Great hotel near destiny USA

Great facilities as everything is brand new, clean, and well serviced. Close to shopping and food. Will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome staff and a great breakfast!

Terrific staff! Our flight was cancelled at 4am and they shuttled us to the airport to deal with it, picked us back up and let us stay late in our room after checkout, as our new flight wasn't until evening! They treated my crabby, tired 3 year old amazingly, spoiling him with snacks, stories and tv in the lobby! They shuttled us back to the airport for our new flight and picked us back up a week later with the same smiles as when we left! A great place to stay!

Great stay at the Hamtin Inn in Liverpool! Front desk staff offered a tray to take hit tea up to our room and were very welcoming throughout the stay. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and kept the goof supply of omelettes, fruit and muffins sll in good supply. Maintainence mann- Chris - helped with our minor tv problem promptly and was slso very friendly during our stay! We hope the new motel being built will be as nice and also stay affordable.

GREAT PLCE TO STAY

I stayed at the Hampton inn in north Syracuse and glad I chose this one. It was near everything I was looking for . Short drives close to all the malls and good dinning. the room was very clean and quiet. the staff was very friendly , the breakfast was better than most places I have stayed in and had plenty of room to sit and eat. the check In was fast and easy. it was a busy weekend too. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Syracuse .

Nice Hotel/good customer service

Stayed for one night. We attended a concert at the Lakeview Ampitheather in Syracuse, NY. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast staff, polite and very customer service oriented. First hotel where breakfast staff went out of the way to get food items for customers and even checked with customers when getting ready to close down to see if they needed anything else.

Great location near SU and Fairgrounds

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Rooms were clean and comfy! Our daughter also loved how there seemed to be endless popcorn and fresh baked cookies all night in the lobby.

Winter Cold

It was very cold in our room. I waited for the heater to come on. It never did. It was snowing outside and very cold. I was told I was going to get a refund for my stay but I have not seen that credit yet.

Very clean and very friendly staff

Very nice staff and room was clean but kind of dated. My understanding they are building a new hotel. Breakfast was also good. Hotel has no pool though, which was my fault for just assuming they had one. My family eventually got over it. Lol However the manager was willing to call another hotel for us to see if we could swim there. We didn't take her up on the offer but that was very nice of her. Great staff!!
