"Hotel stay was great, bigger than average room and bathroom which for a city hotel is unusual. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the concierge was outstanding. The only negative was upon check-in the reception computer crashed just as payment was made so had to make 2nd payment which although was assured only one payment would be taken, in fact two payments were taken. Hotel has agreed to refund the second amount which I am still waiting to receive."
