"Just a one nights stay at the Kicking Dicky before a flight out of Stansted, which was chosen for it's ideal location and at a better value than the generic hotels.
No issues with the room which is external to the pub, so was nice and quiet. The food was decent with a good selection a beers. Overall a nice find and would be happy to stay again."

"Whilst our overall experience was very good it was let down by two things :
1. On arrival there was no-one on the reception desk to enable us to check in and no-one was in any hurry to try and find someone to check us in.
2. For our evening meal, again there was distinct lack of staff around once our meal had been served. On finishing our meal we waited for someone/anyone to at least speak to us but as no-one was around we simply left."
