8/10 Very Good! (535 reviews)
The hotel has a lot of potential but in its current state, I don't feel it justifies its four-star rating. The suite was impressively spacious and the separate living area was a definite plus, but everything else felt extremely dated. The bathroom in particular needs a complete refurbishment: the toilet wasn't flushing properly, surfaces were chipped and part of the shower dial was missing. The pool was lovely and warm and having two jacuzzis was great, but the whole area again felt very tired. Breakfast was nice but limited, and for a supposed four-star hotel, I was surprised there were no basic extras like slippers, gowns, or even complimentary water. I had to keep going downstairs to buy it. Overall, it has potential, but needs serious modernisation. Right now I'd personally class it closer to three-star

Decent good value place to sleep. Amenities came in handy for those on the go. Staff was very friendly. The walls were quite thin and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.
