"The captain’s house is on a beautiful street full of stately old homes and just a 10 minute walk across the bridge to Damariscotta. The house is roomy and comfortable and has a gorgeous front porch where you can sit and watch the people passing by and look out over the river. We love it there. This is our fourth stay."

"If you want a fun glamping experience on a boat, I can't recommend Mazu enough! The location is fantastic, with live music close by and fresh lobster just steps away. The harbor offers a classic Maine vibe—truly a quintessential Maine experience! While Mazu is a bit older, it was comfortable and clean, making it ideal for our two-night stay. "Trails End is beautiful outside and in. The house is thoughtfully arranged and perfectly suited our multigenerational family's needs, with a first floor bed and full bath, well-appointed kitchen, and a layout that allowed for gathering and space. The house and pool are clean and the owner's expectations are clear. We immediatley felt at home and were inspired to care for the house and grounds as we could tell others before us had done. And we loved the quiet, the birds, and the hassle-free access to the river and easy hiking trails, lovely walks and fields, the pool, and of course the surrounding towns. Thank you for a dream week. "
