"This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

"Checking in was very difficult. The attendant was busy chatting on the phone. The hotel charged an extra $35 which was NOT listed by Expedia. I spent too much time just to get the room access code! The hallway was dirty. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and woke me up all the time. The storage cabinets most of them did not work. The lobby was not attended well. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed."
