"Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!"

"This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad...

"Perfect compact studio loft, exceptionally clean and modern. Get the street number from Stef, as the name of the building isn't on the property! Free parking in central location was absolute icing on the cake for a short break to visit the area. "We had a great stay at Leno Villa as 2 couples wanting a short break to explore the local area. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, games around the dining table and the comfortable bedrooms. The house is well equipped and well placed for local trips into Manningtree, Flatford Mill (we kayaked from Constable Park, which is a 2 minute walk from the house!) and Dedham. A sign of a good stay is an eagerness to return and we’d be back in a flash! Thanks to Stef & Team :-)"
