"I had a great stay at the palms. I stayed for four days for a wedding event that took place in the event center. The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful. The Palms is near Harold Wood station, where you get on the Elizabeth line to take you to Heathrow airport or connect other places in the UK. Amber cabs are available to take you to the train stations or anywhere you want to go. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely visit again. "

"Great little stopover before an early flight at Stansted. Despite being in the services area, the noise level was negligible. You can eat at the restaurants within the service area, or do what we did and take advantage of the excellent food available at the hotels own restaurant, cooked fresh to order. Great friendly staff.
