This building has a bit of a history. It was built in 1926 and was the former Emory University railway station for passengers and freight. The present name which is “Dooley’s Den ‘The Depot’” is a reference to the Spirit of Emory - do a Google search for information on Dooley - and the building presently serves coffee. For some time in the 70’s and into the ‘80s the building was actually the location of the Emory Credit Union.

We wished there were some nicer dining options around and not so much fast food chains. It was a little difficult to find a good place to eat supper. We settled for Ruby Tuesday. But that really had nothing to do with your hotel.
