"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I...

"Badia il Vingone is an old stone country house. I stayed in the top floor of a separate cottage with a roof terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Great pool. Continental breakfast which I took in the garden. Amazing views over the rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. Nadia and her family worked very hard to welcome me to the B&B and prepare and serve the dinner. Thank you"

"Fantastic place to stay in Sansepolcro. Hotel is upscale and in a good location. Rooms are very clean and well-appointed. Parking is a hassle but if you don’t mind walking for a few minutes it’s not a big deal. Will stay here again. Hotel staff is very friendly."

"Beautiful grounds and setting - but you must drive to town for dinner or entertainment. A relaxing getaway in a farmhouse setting. Best to stay here during the warm months to take full advantage of their property and grounds"
