"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

"Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights.The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided.Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials."

"We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city."
