"I can’t believe I had a student at Northwestern tor 4 years and didn’t discover this place until the end! Great space, great location!"

"Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again."

"This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!"

"The house was the perfect size for 4 people. The open concept kitchen and TV room was spacious with all the amenities. Streaming movies with the projector on the wall was fun.It was easy for Uber to get to us and go into the city. The house is located near different neighborhoods, but I would say Chicago was a little farther then I thought it would be. Without traffic it took us about 20, 25 minutes to get in. The bedrooms have plenty of space and the one bathroom's shower was huge. Two...

"Great place! Highly recommended."

"Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet ."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great. Check-in was flawless. We were able to find free parking close by. The listing is accurate, and the location was perfect for our visit to Chicago. We would definitely stay again. Well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, plug strips and extra bedding all were appreciated."

"Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

"Clean room"

"This property is perfect! A great stay if you’re looking for a little getaway."

"Truly wonderful experience and amazing hosts that are responsive!"

"I’ll start with the good: it’s a place to stay that is pretty close to Loyola University as well as the Loyola cta stop on the red line which made it convenient to get around. The neighborhood/area was very clean and full of college students which made it feel safe. Onto the bad: The room/building itself smelled kind of like trash, though the room was mostly clean. The towels had some random hairs on them/embedded within the fibers which was gross, there was toilet paper stuffed in the window...

"Overall, this location worked for what we needed and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit. There was one night where we did and the rental below us was having a very loud party (out of the hosts control although he did attempt to tell them to turn the music down). The walls are very thin so if you are looking for some relaxing time, just something to consider. The cleaning company could do a better job, there were some things left behind that I won’t mention here but a thorough clean would...

"We spent a long weekend here with our family. The property was amazing and the location was ideal for us to head downtown to visit some places. Lots of room for everyone to gether together. We loved it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone."

"Super clean! Great location with parking right in front. Quiet building and quiet neighborhood.Great communication, responds quickly. We were going to Chicago for a Cubs game and this apartment is an easy close drive to Wrigley Field! We enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Host was very helpful and available when we had questions."

"Good"

"We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!"
