"The room was spotless, and the hotel was beautiful. Staff at the front desk were efficient but a smile from any of them would have gone a long way. Didn't eat in the restaurant but was happy to have the option. The location is great for dining and shopping. Would stay again."

"Have stayed here many times b/c it is up to date, clean, and quiet. This time, one of the two elevators was out-of-order, which was a pain. The only downside is the endless nickel-and-diming by Hilton, trying to get you to pay extra fees (unless you are a "diamond" member); e.g., for breakfast, better wi-fi, etc. It's annoying. It's nice that they have a little self-service convenience mart, but they rape you on those items also."
