"This was one of our favorite vacation rentals so far. The home was clean and well stocked, the view from the deck was expansive and amazing, and the host was easy to communicate with and a genuinely nice person. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening cocktails out on the deck just taking in the quiet, peaceful surroundings. We saw deer, elk and foxes during our short stay. Loved every minute we spent here. It's just a short drive into town and far enough away that you still feel secluded. The perfect get away spot!"

"Very clean room and facilities. Conveniently located, close to restaurants, the lake and Ruidoso downtown. Staff friendly and helpfull. Nice spacious room with king bed. The lady in charge of breakfast was amazingly helpful and friendly. Good quality food, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, sausage and potatoes, bread, juice, coffee,"

"The property and space is big and beautiful. Plenty of space to gather a large group and also have your own private room or areas at times. The views are the biggest selling point, we spent a majority of our time on the patio taking in fresh mountain air and enjoying the trees and wildlife."

"Property was clean and very roomy. We had 7 people staying full time and then we had 4 more come for a visit one afternoon. Still plenty of room. Views are nice. Area is very peaceful. Well located for a run to the grocery store as well as one of the many wonderful restaurants Ruidoso has to offer."
