"Perfect location, clean room and convenience for restaurants and Bildungscampus. But hit and miss staff service. No one at desk on check out. Taxi booked was dubious as it charged 20 euros to train station after taking the long route. One of the check in staff was weird as well with no regard to my meal preference from menu but only what he was willing to serve."

"I absolutely loved this hotel and wish I was staying longer! The staff was super helpful and kind. The whole property is beautiful. It is directly next to Kurpark and walking distance to Residenzschlosses Mergentheim. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extra props to the kitchen staff that helped me with a vacuum sealed ice pack for my cooler. General things to know if you're American: 1) there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning in all of southern Germany, they privide fans for the room, 2) there also doesn't seem to be any microwaves in any hotel rooms, 3) the mini bar fridges, when available, do not have freezers, 4) I have not seen a single ice machine"

"schönes Holzhaus. Mit allen Annehmlichkeiten grosse Auswahl an beten perfekt für grosse Gruppen. Im ausenbereich steht ein Rasierer fester gill den man später auch als Feuerstelle benutzen kann das war supper klasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto inerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. tolle. Gegend um zu wandern."
