"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Our host Elisabeth was wonderful. Nothing was too much. Friendly and spoke any great English thankfully which made our stay very positive. The room was great and so was the bathroom and toilet. The bedroom over overlooked the alps. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The meal that was prepared on arrival (precooked) was delicious prepared and cooked with her own fair hand. "The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best."
