I visited in early May 2026. The room was cold at night. I was informed that the heat settings were already set for summer, AC only. Other comparable hotels on my stay offered both AC and Heat settings.

2. Mal im Club und wieder sehr happy mit meiner Wahl für 2 Wochen. Tolle Specials - die veggie week specials der sterneköche , Trüffelfreunde, Essig Kreationen von Würzwerk und Goldhelm Schokolade waren mega, sportangebot super, Zimmer top und super sauber, ich komme gerne wieder!

Everything it’s perfect n this place the only things I didn’t like that’s there’s no room service we can’t order any food any snacks any drinks u have to go the restaurant to eat and mostly u have to make reservations for the restaurant before one day , otherwise everything amazing the room and the pool and the people there so helpful and the location it’s perfect
