"Where do I start. House was not kept up dirty, old, need of update overall. It left the impression of cheapness and poor quality of items. Need of maintenance everywhere. We were very disappointed."

"Very spacious clean room. Loved the close parking space. Very near the elevator that was also nice. Zero complaints and will definitely book again "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!"

"The condo was beautiful and perfect for my husband and me. Everything was clean, and all the living spaces were cozy. Highly recommend!"

"The property was wonderful. Great location right on the beach. We saw dolphins each morning from the balcony. It was a great location for anniversary trip for my wife and I. Would certainly stay again."

"Awesome! Beautiful condo- exactly as described. Had just about everything we needed for the weeks stay. Host was extremely responsive when we had a question about the wi-if password. Beach was amazing and just steps from the condo property with hoses and rinse stations along the way. Immaculate. Pool was perfection with plenty of chairs and seating. We played pickleball all everyday also- wonderful courts! The condo isn’t really walkable to restaurants or shopping but that wasn’t a...

"It was a great stay! Always love Sugar Beach!"

"The condo was fresh, clean, cozy and updated nicely. Had everything we needed which made packing easier and worry free. The smart tv worked out great for our evenings and rainy day. Quick and easy setup to watch our favs. The labeled switches and remote instructions was a very smart idea, and much appreciated. Bed was heavenly. Kitchen was stocked nicely for use. The living room furniture was a tad small. We barely both fit on the couch so I wouldn't recommend more than 3 adults for longer...

"There was a stain on the master bedroom blanket and blood stains that were noticed on the fitted sheet and one pillow. The sheets and bed spread were also sideways. The guest bedroom toilet wouldn’t shut off when flushed. The refrigerator door shelf was cracked and our stuff groceries fell through and onto the floor. The trash can in the kitchen was small. There were no extra blankets at all.Other than these minor things it was good. SuSu was great to talk with and easy to communicate with - the...

"The property was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed and the condo was close to everything. The only issue was the walkway to beach which normally wouldn’t be a problem but my husband has trouble walking and it was a little unsteady with broken boards. That said others staying at the location had no problems."

"The property was very nice. Liked the privacy. Great hot tub and great communication"
