"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

"First experience of this type of accommodation. Very inexpensive and convenient. Perfect for a cheap stopover. Very compact but has all you need great for the price. Was able to check in on machine which issues the door card. Secure parking. Supermarket and dining including McDonalds close by. Quieter than thought would be. Due a refurbishment as bit tatty but brilliant for the money"

"Awesome and well priced hotel withing a small walk across the river to the main bars and restaurants, maybe a 4/5 min slow walk and within a 15min walk of the main event of the Citadel, mind this is all up hill. Car parking is free on street if you park in the public carpark by the river which is only a 80-100m walk. Hotel itself is lovely, a bath in the room, open walk through shower and a view of the Citadel and bridge on an evening to take many pictures from. We didn't eat at the hotel, a short 2-3 min walk gets you to all a selection of restaurants, cafe's and boulangerie's over the river. Great queen bed, pillows and shower and the room was immaculate."
