"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Breakfast was nice. Room was adequate. Staff were nice too. Excellent location for ferry. I asked for a low floor as I cannot use an elevator but I can cope with 1 or 2 flights of stairs, however I didn’t realise low floors were in the basement so i had the lowest floor and many stairs to walk down and up again for restaurant/breakfast/ bar/ parking etc. my fault though, not the hotels. Would stay again."
