"This is pretty much a self check-in and check-out. The system with cards can be tricky to operate, especially the main door (we were left stuck outside for a significant amount of time around midnight and there was no staff on site to help). Our cards never seemed to work to activate door opening. This hotel wouldn't be suitable to an older generation."
