"Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. L'immeuble est sale (escalier / caves) Un seul jeu de draps pour 15 jours à laver soi-même (pas de sèche linge) Les tringles a rideaux sont justes collées à la peinture du plafond : elles tombent. Bilan : joli appartement bien placé, mais details de finitions à revoir et conciergerie inefficace."
