"No complaints really. I didn’t utilize much of the amenities and the staff wasn’t super helpful and told me different information on the phone and then told me something different in person when it came to checking in"

"Overall the experience is not bad except the shuttle bus service. I called the hotel before arrival and also on the arrival. The staff told me to wait at the pickup area and the shuttle will only be once per hour. I waited there till I saw the bus coming and I walked towards to the stop, but the bus just passed by without stopping although I ran after the bus and waved my hand. I called the hotel again and the staff explained it might be full and I have to wait for another hour for the next...

"The hotel is wonderful. The washroom is so large. This is helpful when you gang up with family members . We were here to cruise on the Carnival. This worked out great with 4 of us in one room. The hotel is very clean, and it comes with everything you need. Also make sure you pick the rooms with accessibility if you need extra help getting in the tub or the shower and going to the washroom. All right, let's get to the food. I don't know who cook those the breakfast sausage this morning,...
