"The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere was very high energy, but there was a concert at the music hall next door and majority of the guest were attending. Two bars located within the hotel and a restaurant. The room was very clean, the minibar was packed full with snacks and plenty of alcohol to choose from. The pricing was very fair given the convenience. They also have a bag that you can sit outside your door by 3a for a breakfast option that is only $15. Beyond affordable for upscale experience. Overall great experience and I look forward to staying again!"

"The rooms were large and bright with a clean bathroom. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and connected to the light. We ended up not turning it on and using the light around the mirror which was bright enough. The included breakfast was quite good and they changed up the hot options each day. The parking lot was bright and felt safe, even as a single woman walking back to the front door at night. The location was excellent - not too far from downtown and conveniently located near a gas station, restaurants and interstates. I would stay there if we ever find ourselves back in Lexington."

"This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. We have stayed there before and were excited to stay again. This is a definite must stay. They have created a beautiful haven to make guests feel special. The outside seating and fire pits and the open bar inside make it a great place to visit with friends and family while relaxing and having a beverage. The restaurant is great too. The breakfast is served until 4… which is perfect for brunch. Love their mimosas and Bloody Mary’s as well. Highly recommend!"

"I paid for my room on Expedia. They asked for a credit card for incidentals which is to be expected. I left the room as clean as when I arrived. Then 4 days later I got charged $53.55. I’ve called the hotel 3 times and everytime the clerk says they don’t know why I was charged that and they took my info and said the manager would call me. 3 days later he’s still not called me. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card company and waiting on them to reimburse my money. "

"They are going through a remodel, so the mess is understandable. But no one told us no one was going to bring towels, etc. In fact, we were given a sheet that said if we didn't want staff changing linens, bringing fresh towels, emptying trash, to put the do not disturb sign on the door. We were also given an envelope to leave a tip in. But when we didn't have any towels after the second day we went to the desk to get some towels and they told us the staff wasn't going to rooms anymore. Felt like we should have been told that up front."
