"The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car."

"We arrived at 11:00 at night. Cost for that one hour was $ 800. 00 for 2 rooms. My wife and I were assigned the wrong room by the check in staff. We had no blanket or comforter for the bed so we froze the entire night. I complained the next day but they did not assign us the correct room. We received no apology and were not offered to help us move to the correct room. At check out we asked for simply a 1 hour late check out at 12:00. The man refused and said he would give us 30 minutes only. I...

"You really need a car with this location. Unless you can afford taxis after 7.45pm if you go into town as buses finish then. Previous to this they are every 40 minutes but get very busy! No shops around near hotel. No path to walk anywhere. The staff were absolutely lovely and so welcoming and helpful. Pool was nice but has honey bees around which is annoying! "The staff is very nice. The room was very large, which were really great. The only thing is you definitely need a rental car because it is not walkable to anything. Also the air-conditioning does not go below 74° in the room and we were in the middle of a heat wave."
