It’s a hotel room. The structure is old (ceiling and wall scratches, holes, stains). Pets are allowed and you will smell that. The room smelled like cigarettes and bleach. The tub did not drain. The WiFi was choppy. Other than that, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable, the TV had good signal, and the staff are incredibly nice.

The property was not clean. Multiple stains on the comforter, tub/shower did not look clean, room had a slight odor. We didn't expect fancy, but we always expect clean and friendly. The receptionist appeared to have her entire family in the waiting room hanging out while I checked in-not a good look for any hotel.

So quiet! Have we here a couple times now. Room was perfect so I requested the same room each time with no problem. Front desk gentleman is very nice and always so polite. Room is very clean, very accommodating. WiFi is seamless and fast. Will only stay here when in Lex. Favorite part is it’s very quiet!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very run down. Not necessarily dirty, just old and very used with zero effort to make it seem otherwise. Bathtub had stains in the bottom of the tub, cigarette burns in the blankets, holes in the plaster throughout the room, shower head didn't spray so it came down in a solid stream. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot that have obviously been there a while. If budget is your only deciding factor on where to stay, it is probably fine.

The sheets and pillows were clean and nice. The property was very old but in relatively good condition. The air and heat worked great. The tv was big, nice, and new. Our microwave went out the second night and they bought a new one and put it in. The fridge worked fine. There was a fairly strong odor in the room as is the case with most cheaper motels we stay in which I am not sure was either the cleaning chemicals or dog urine or a combination. Either it started to go away or we simply got used to it. There seems to be a number of permanent residents at this place but the ones we met were all nice. We will stay there again becuase the low price overcame the negatives. It was very quiet at night so sleeping was wonderful.

The housekeeper was amazing. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever had. Super happy with that. It was a great experience, quiet and clean. That's all ya can ask for from a motel at that price 😁
