"The hotel is in an excellent location; easy on and off interstate, convenient to restaurants and attractions. Staff was knowledgeable but not as helpful or engaging as expected. The room layout was awkward; barn door bathroom in an open design room made privacy difficult. A/C didn’t perform well. Nights were warm despite therm turned down; may need maintenance or filter change. Room showed wear and tear; dented corners, loose cabinet trim strip, mic/fridge stand light out. May just need some TLC overall. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Hallways and lobby definitely need a deep cleaning; carpet stains, dirty corners and non-traffic areas. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine worked most of the time. Potatoes were a bit undercooked. Coffee was excellent. Machines worked great and fast. We stayed 3 nights. Our overall experience was good but not excellent. I expected more."
