"The hot breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, but smelled like a weird mix of lavender, vanilla, and sweaty armpit. The front desk staff were very helpful and we loved the later checkout time of 11:00 AM! Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Although the SALT WATER pool is small and fills up quickly, we had a great time swimming in it. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, but the cost was reasonable! Overall, we had a lovely and memorable family vacation!"

"This was exactly what we were looking for a quiet beach get-away just close enough to the beaches (20 min) but far enough to get away from the hustle and crowds. The community was great for walking, had wonderful pools for adults and a great kiddie area. The house was clean, newly renovated, and had all necessary appliances and kitchen/bathroom supplies. Check in was easy and we received contact information a few days in advance of our stay. Highly recommend staying!"

"The check-in was smooth. The room was clean and as advertised. The kitchen had all the appliances you would expect. The only thing I would say is that the space is very small and it’s best suited for just making coffee in the morning and keeping your leftovers in the fridge. Not much space if you actually want to cook something and you need space to work."

"Our family of 11 loved the house with its big open spaces and plenty of room for our family. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you could need. The owner, Mike was very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The walk to the beach, Dairy Queen and into downtown Lewes was very easily made with our 5 grandkids aged 5 to 18 months. Our family also really enjoyed the pool and the screened in deck/porch on the main floor. Thanks for the memories!"

"The property was excellent. Neighbors were friendly. There was only one bathroom and that was at times an inconvenience. Suggestion: half bath in upstairs bedroom. Purely a suggestion. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. It was like a refrigerator. Little dusty under the bed but not unlivable. Enjoyed the stay especially because of the air conditioning and the television.
