"The staff were amazing! I traveled with my mom and 2 teen girls. They helped my mom navigate the bus and even gave her tickets. They also let us extend our parking for a few hours at no extra charge. We loved the pool and hot tub. The only thing we didn’t like was that the toilet wasn’t working properly."

"Stayed here for a few days with our 5 year old son and we truly enjoyed this experience! The room we stayed in was spacious and comfy. Coffee selection was great and the lounge at the top floor had an even better selection of coffees and snacks for breakfast such as fruit bars, yogurt and fruit. There was also an outdoor patio that felt very private to enjoy your morning coffee. The staff are all very friendly and every interaction felt like returning home to family at the end of each day. Our son enjoyed learning and practicing his French with the front desk staff, who are so patient to answer his questions and teach him new words. To quote our son, we are definitely coming back again and staying at the same hotel in the same room!"

"The staff was super friendly and very helpful in providing information about the ferry service that goes to the Old Quebec City, and the eatery in the vicinity. No need to try to fight the traffic. Spacious room, super beds, beautiful bathroom, really good shower. Very appealing and safe neighborhood. Almost all restaurants were within walking distance. Really Enjoyed my stay."
