A bay window frames those panoramic sea views, with contemporary sofas and “Sherlock” chairs perfectly positioned to watch the water. The generous dining table seats eight, while the luxury quartz-topped kitchen, complete with range cooker, instant hot water tap, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, is laid out for relaxed cooking and entertaining. A separate utility room keeps laundry and beach gear out of sight.

Three elegant king-size bedrooms – two to the front with sea views, one to the rear – offer boutique styling, traditional storage and Sky Glass TVs, while a fourth bedroom with full-size bunk beds makes a fun hideout for younger guests.
