"Room was cleaned. Nice small hotel with a perfect view of Siena"

"The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable "

"It was a totally delightful experience. Our needs were taken care of, the Breakfast delicious and the meals at their restaurant superb. It was a perfect place to rest, relax and see Siena. "

"Highly recommended. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. I was about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, almost all of it through the historic medieval city so a beautiful journey."
