"Some stray hair from previous guests plus very inefficient air conditioning led to a very unpleasant hot and sticky night. We were forced to attempt to sleep with the patio door left open all night. This was particularly upsetting because we had been assured that the air-conditioning "would definitely work and not be limited to heat only" but this didn't prove to be true. This was a real shame because the staff appeared friendly and approachable and apart from some cleanliness issues, the hotel was quite acceptable."
