Welcome to Sables-d'Olonne in this ideally located furnished house, just 200 metres from the main beach, in the heart of the city centre. Perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 travellers and offers walking access to all shops, restaurants and entertainment. After a day of surfing or water activities, you can enjoy its 25 m² inner courtyard, fitted with furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing. Enter through the entrance door and head towards the warm living area. The American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and provides you with all the necessary equipment to cook. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Share your meals around the dining table for 5 people or enjoy the one in the inner courtyard as soon as the sun is out. Extend the evening in the lounge area, where you can comfortably gather on the sofa in front of the TV.
The night area consists of two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x190 cm), a water point with a washbasin and mirror, as well as a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a single bed (90x190 cm) and a double bed (140x190 cm), also with a washbasin area, mirror and wardrobe.
The bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, includes a shower, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. A second independent toilet is also at your disposal.
A baby bed is available if needed.
